Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Multiskilled Technician III to join our team in Winston Salem, NC. This role involves performing preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC machinery, robotics, pneumatics, hydraulics, conveyors, and coolant systems within an industrial setting.

You will work alongside skilled technicians, troubleshoot basic to intermediate electrical and mechanical issues, and communicate with site management and customers to understand requirements and provide effective solutions.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance
Industrial equipment maintenance experience
Troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance on process/production equipment as scheduled in CMMS.
Respond to and provide service and feedback to the customer on all work orders while assuring compliance to codes and standards.
Analyze and resolve work problems or assist workers in solving problems.
Understand company policies and enforce safety regulations.
Safely perform functions with PPE and safety guidelines.
Prepare/complete assigned tasks per supervisor procedures.
Coordinate work with others in the project.
May train other technicians.
May prepare formal reports on experiments, tests, and other projects.
Provide technical guidance to less experienced personnel.
