Job summary

Conifer Park Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for our Glenville, NY facility.

You will perform preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment, keep tool inventories and equipment in top condition, and assist with setup and teardown for special events while ensuring electrical safety for patients and staff. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED with a valid driver’s license; HVAC-related training is a plus, with at least 1 year of experience in HVAC, plumbing,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with valid driver’s license.
• Vocational/Technical education or Associate Degree in HVAC is a plus.
• Minimum of 1 year experience recommended; practical skills in HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and electrical preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on equipment as assigned by work orders.
• Maintain tools and equipment in proper working order; set up and break down equipment for special events.
• Inspect patient and staff electrical equipment to ensure safe operation.
