Home2 Suites in Silver Spring, MD is seeking a Part-Time Maintenance Technician. You will repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and refrigeration systems with minimal downtime, install lighting, and perform routine inspections.

You’ll ensure safe handling of chemicals and maintain building security during shifts, supporting hotel operations with hands-on maintenance. The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of trade-related experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of trade-related training or experience in mechanical/electrical/HVAC/plumbing/carpentry and building maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration equipment with minimal downtime.
