Job summary

PM Hotel Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Embassy Suites in Tysons, Virginia. You will maintain and repair hotel equipment across kitchen, laundry, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and guest rooms with minimal downtime.

This role requires a High School diploma and at least one year of trade-related experience. You should be able to lift up to 50 pounds, work nights or weekends, and use basic hand and power tools.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 1 year trade-related experience.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Experience with basic hand and power tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make repairs to electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment with minimum downtime.
• Install and replace light fixtures and bulbs.
• Conduct scheduled inspections and repair equipment malfunctions.
• Ensure proper handling and reporting of chemicals and hazardous materials.
• Secure the building by monitoring security systems and maintaining locks.
