Job summary

Kroger Family of Companies is seeking a maintenance professional to perform general building maintenance at a distribution center. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems, minor repairs, and basic carpentry.

Qualifications

• 12 years general building and facility maintenance
• Basic plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, welding, mechanical and electrical skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical instructions and manuals
• Skilled with hand tools and power tools
• Valid drivers license

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems
• Repairs minor electrical, HVAC, plumbing malfunctions and dock doors
• Perform basic carpentry duties as needed
• Assist in relocating and remodeling offices, conference rooms and break areas
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
