Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a hands-on Building Maintenance Technician to keep our facility running safely and efficiently. You will perform general maintenance, basic machinery repair, electrical work, and preventive maintenance to prevent downtime.

The role requires 5–7 years in production and building maintenance, basic English, and experience with power tools and machine shop equipment. You will collaborate with contractors and support operations in a team environment.

Qualifications

5 years of production and building maintenance experience.
Basic English oral and written communication skills.
Strong troubleshooting abilities with effective repairs.
Basic math skills.
Mechanical maintenance experience.
Experience with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Ability to coordinate with outside contractors.
Compliance with SOPs and safety programs.

Responsibilities

Assemble, install and repair wiring, electrical components, machinery, and equipment.
Maintain building systems: lighting, HVAC, pumps, boilers, plumbing, and carpentry.
Perform preventive and scheduled maintenance on production equipment.
Maintain logbooks and maintenance checklists.
Manage maintenance supplies inventory.
Identify and resolve maintenance and safety issues to completion.
Assist with other related duties as needed.
