Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Forklift operator’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist tradesmen with maintenance and repairs of campus facilities.
• Troubleshoot and repair access control and security cameras.
• Perform minor electrical tasks: outlets, lighting, circuits.
• Assist plumbing and HVAC repairs.
• Assist carpentry: painting, drywall, doors and windows.
• Maintain and use hand and power tools safely.
• Move and set up classrooms and equipment for events.
• Follow safety and compliance procedures.
