Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides grounds keeping and building maintenance throughout the college.
• Performs routine maintenance such as plastering and furniture repair.
• Maintains equipment used for grounds keeping.
• Maintains heating and cooling units (filters and coils).
• Performs minor plumbing and carpentry tasks.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
