Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs of equipment and buildings in painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs and scheduled maintenance.
• Perform preventive maintenance on machines and facilities.
• Use hand and power tools and meters; report any safety issues to supervision.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas and coordinate snow removal with student workers.
