Qualifications

• Experience in apartment maintenance preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform repairs independently.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders efficiently and professionally
• Perform general maintenance tasks including basic plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, appliance diagnostics and repair
• Carpentry, drywall, and general upkeep
• Assist with unit turns and make-ready preparation
• Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities
• Respond to resident requests with a friendly, professional attitude
• Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
