Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1–2 years of manufacturing/industrial experience.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort around large, high-speed machinery.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand up to 12 hours; willingness to work any shift.
• Experience with safety protocols and 5S/LOTO awareness.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and operate high-speed shell presses; ensure continuous material flow.
• Oversee sealing compound application; monitor pressures, nozzle alignment, temperatures.
• Manage final conversion process; monitor transfer systems and bagging/palletizing.
• Monitor machine performance (speed, alignment, lubrication) for efficiency and quality.
• Maintain production logs and quality records; report out-of-spec trends.
