Duties include electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and building tasks; installing, aligning, and balancing new equipment; and repairing structures.

The role emphasizes collaboration with supervisors and teams, adherence to safety standards, and ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting across facilities and equipment.
• Ability to guide and mentor technicians and trainees.
• Strong communication with supervisors and teams.

• Maintain accurate maintenance records and cost documentation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary resource for maintenance technicians, providing hands-on troubleshooting and mentorship.
• Coordinate daily maintenance priorities and communicate workflow needs to supervisors.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on facilities and systems.
• Diagnose issues and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building systems.
• Install, align, and balance new equipment; coordinate with contractors when needed.
• Assist with training and onboarding new employees and reinforce maintenance practices.
• Promote safety, productivity, and adherence to established practices.
• Identify major equipment failures and safety hazards for escalation.
• Maintain documentation of activities and costs; keep a clean, organized work environment.
