Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required; valid driver's license.
• Trade school or equivalent building maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC/Ref Certification preferred.
• Six months of facility maintenance experience including HVAC and electrical.

Aufgaben

• General maintenance across electrical, plumbing, carpentry and HVAC.
• Operate and maintain high pressure boilers safely and efficiently.
• Inspect and maintain patient beds and transport devices.
• Perform preventive maintenance on facility equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot, repair and install electrical circuits and related systems.
• Read blueprints and equipment manuals; maintain computer records.
