Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Experience working with dependent persons.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the personal hygiene and physical well-being of residents.
• Monitor residents’ meals to ensure regular intake.
• Assist residents in dining, activities, and participation.
• Escort residents to medical appointments and hospital visits.
• Assist kitchen staff with meal preparation and serving.
• Support housekeeper/porter with duties and laundry.
• Travel for errands to stores, clinics, and offices.
• Maintain front-desk safety and security; interact respectfully with residents.
• Monitor alarms and building security systems.
• Work as part of a team to ensure high-quality care for residents.
• Communicate issues to supervisor; report progress and needs of residents.
• Attend trainings and implement emergency procedures; submit required reports promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
