Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a self-motivated Property Manager to work independently across multiple locations in Northern Kentucky. You will assess customer storage needs, propose solutions, and upsell packing and moving supplies while delivering friendly, in-person service.

You will perform daily unit inspections, audit cash drawers, handle deposits, and help customers stay current on payments. A valid driver’s license and own vehicle are required for travel between sites; mileage reimbursement

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service-based sales environments such as retail, restaurants, or service industries.
• Ability to impact-store performance through helpful customer interactions and upselling.
• Willingness to travel between locations with own vehicle for work-related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
• Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits.
• Help customers stay current on payments and make reminder/collection calls when required.
• Work independently at multiple locations and coordinate with site teams.
