Job summary

Allied Universal® is seeking a Security Officer to protect clients across industries including Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education and Government. The role emphasizes customer service, safety procedures, and incident response at client sites in Raleigh, NC.

The position pays $18 per hour and requires background checks and drug screening where permitted by law. Responsibilities include supporting client needs, responding to incidents calmly, and patrols of the premises.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Background check required in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
