Job summary

Allied Universal® is hiring a Security Guard to protect clients across diverse industries, including Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government, and more. The role involves delivering customer service while enforcing safety procedures and responding to incidents—on a variety of client sites.

Compensation starts at $15 per hour. A background check and drug screening are required, with licensing as dictated by local laws and a valid driver’s license for driving roles when applicable.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable security experience.
• Background check and drug screen required by federal, state, and local laws.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws; driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by following safety and security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and solve problems.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the client site and perimeter; vary by client site.
