Job summary

Saint James Health seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as Multisite RN Supervisor, overseeing vaccine management and clinical staff training across 20+ sites. The role drives operational consistency, regulatory compliance, and performance improvements for LPNs and MAs.

The supervisor will lead the NJIIS/VFC immunization program with strong oversight and report to the Director of Nursing, traveling between sites as needed to maintain standard processes and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in New Jersey.
• Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience in ambulatory care or similar setting.
• Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory/management experience across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee vaccine management across multiple sites (storage, handling, inventory, documentation).
• Ensure compliance with VFC/317/NJIIS, CDC, DOH requirements and audit readiness.
• Lead immunization program oversight and provider training for LPNs and MAs.
• Monitor workflows, onboarding, competencies and annual skill validations.
• Travel between sites to ensure operational consistency and compliance.
