Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to join our team. You will assess customer storage needs, suggest packing and moving supplies, and perform daily inspections to keep spaces ready to rent.

You’ll work independently across multiple locations, handle cash drawers, deposits, payments and collections, and use your own vehicle with mileage reimbursement for property visits. Must have a valid driver’s license; lifts up to 35 pounds; schedule includes 9:30am–6pm with some weekends until 5pm.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service-centered sales environments.
• Ability to assess customer storage needs and upsell packing/moving supplies.
• Experience with cash handling and daily banking tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to ensure inventory and readiness to rent.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily duties.
• Assist in keeping customers current with payments and perform reminder/collection calls.
