Public Storage is hiring a Property Manager to work across multiple locations, combining indoor and outdoor duties. You will assess customer storage needs, suggest packing supplies, and prepare spaces for rent.

Daily tasks include inspections, cash handling, deposits, and keeping accounts current with payments. This role requires driving between properties and maintaining excellent customer service across sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.
• Transportation: valid driver's license and use of own vehicle for travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations, inside and outside.
• Assess customer storage needs and suggest solutions, including packing supplies.
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and perform bank deposits daily.
• Help customers stay current with payments and make reminder calls when needed.
