Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to work across multiple locations, combining inside tasks with outdoor work. You will assess customer storage needs, propose packing and moving supplies, and ensure spaces are ready for rent through regular inspections.

Role includes cash handling, deposits, and coordinating payments with customers. A valid driver’s license and commuting between properties are required; mileage reimbursement is provided. Bonuses are performance-based.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability helps spaces be ready to rent.
• Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits as part of daily business.
• Help keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required.
