Job summary

Dalsin Industries Inc. is seeking a Production Planner to manage customer orders, production scheduling, and inventory planning across two sites.

Qualifications

• Requires A.A.S degree in Business Administration or related field and 3+ years in scheduling/planning in manufacturing.
• Preferred: bachelor’s degree and/or planning certifications.
• Other combinations of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Enter and manage orders, production jobs, and schedules in ERP.
• Adjust job dates, quantities, and priorities.
• Review MRP suggestions and maintain stock levels.
• Support production planning and schedule execution.
• Maintain job paperwork and track order status.
• Manage expedited and rework jobs; support job close-out.
• Process order changes and communicate schedule impacts.
• Partner cross-functionally to meet production and customer needs.
• Participate in daily production planning and support multi-site coverage.
• Seek and perform alternate, productive tasks during unexpected downtime.
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
