Job summary

Dalsin Industries is seeking a Production Planner to manage customer orders, production scheduling, and inventory planning in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

You will coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain, adjust priorities, and ensure on-time commitments across sites. Candidates should have ERP experience, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Qualifications

• A.A.S degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in scheduling/planning in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or planning certifications preferred.
• Other combinations of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Enter and manage orders, production jobs, and schedules in ERP.
• Adjust job dates, quantities, and priorities.
• Review MRP suggestions and maintain stock levels.
• Support production planning and schedule execution.
• Maintain job paperwork and track order status.
• Manage expedited and rework jobs; assist with close-out.
• Process order changes and communicate schedule impacts.
• Partner cross-functionally to meet production and customer needs.
• Participate in daily production planning and support multi-site coverage.
