Job summary

Accounting Search is assisting a well established contract manufacturer of electromechanical assemblies in Montello, WI, to hire a Production Manager who will direct production and maintenance and report to the president. You will drive production performance while maintaining quality at a cost-effective level.

The role oversees both Montello and nearby Wautoma, managing about 100 employees across two sites, implementing lean practices and fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous

Qualifications

• Expertise in manufacturing leadership and operational management.
• 10+ years in manufacturing, with an operations leadership role.
• Experience with lean manufacturing techniques such as 5S.
• Working knowledge of production scheduling systems (SYSPRO preferred).
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• BS in Operations Management or equivalent experience encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational efficiency across Montello and Wautoma locations (≈100 employees).
• Manage production schedules, foster teamwork, and implement lean practices to minimize costs and errors.
