Job summary

Spencer Britt in Fremont, CA seeks a Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive primary medical care. You will perform examinations, diagnoses, treat patients, order labs, manage follow-ups, and coordinate referrals across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Current California Physician Assistant license.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary medical care to patients.
• Perform examinations, evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment.
• Provide follow-up care and coordinate specialty referrals.
• Order labs and diagnostic testing as appropriate.
• Address disease prevention and health promotion.
• Educate patients and families on preventive care, diagnoses, and treatment.
• Maintain accurate, confidential electronic medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians and other medical staff for consultation and referral.
• Participate in quality assurance and peer review programs.
• Contribute to health promotion, education, and prevention initiatives.
• Participate in staff conferences, training, workshops, and meetings.
• Work across multiple sites with local travel as needed.
• Flexible schedule may include evenings and weekends.
