Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of Physical Therapy with eligibility for California licensure.
• California Physical Therapist license required.
• BART or BLS at time of hire with commitment to obtain BART within six months.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Physical Therapy services including evaluation and treatment of routine patients.
• Complete required documentation and communicate patient information across the continuum of care.
• Participate in training and program development.
