Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy and California state licensure.
• Minimum 3 years leadership experience in healthcare.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in a clinical setting.
• Current California state clinical licensure as Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of assigned clinics and programs.
• Oversee staff development, training, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Monitor documentation for compliance with insurance requirements and regulatory standards.
• Provide direct patient services within licensure scope as appropriate.
