Qualifications

• Physical Therapist licensure in Oklahoma is required.
• One year of outpatient orthopedics experience preferred; new grads encouraged.
• Strong manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills.
• Desire to work in a service‑driven culture focused on lifelong learning.
• Enjoy helping others in a fun and rewarding environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide regional coverage across multiple sites.
• Review patients’ medical history.
• Diagnose patients by observing movements and listening to concerns.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and clear goals.
• Use exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands‑on therapy to manage pain and mobility.
• Record patient progress and modify the care plan as needed.
• Educate patients and families about the recovery process.
