Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Complete required training within the designated timeframe.
• Customer service and team orientation to support patient care.
• Clear verbal and written communication with patients and colleagues.
• Accurate math to determine prescriptions, days’ supply, and quantities.
• Adhere to SOPs and pharmacy workflow procedures; protect patient privacy.
