Job summary

Genoa Healthcare, part of Optum and UnitedHealth Group, seeks a Part-Time Float Pharmacist to support multiple Northern Minnesota sites including Duluth, Baxter, Sartell, and St. Cloud.

You will process prescriptions, deliver patient-focused service, and help individuals with complex health needs follow their treatment plans. The role requires a BA or PharmD, Minnesota pharmacist license, and immunizer certification or willingness to obtain one within 3 months.

Qualifications

• BA or PharmD in Pharmacy.
• Current pharmacist license in the state of Minnesota or willing to obtain prior to start date.
• Certified immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 3 months of hire.
• Access to reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Distribute medications prescribed by physicians and other authorized health practitioners.
• Provide customers with information about medications and their appropriate use.
• Deliver a superior level of customer service.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws of the applicable State Board of Pharmacy.
• Administer immunizations as allowed by State Boards of Pharmacy.
• Perform other usual and customary pharmacy duties.
