Qualifications

Responsibilities
Perform all receptionist duties including answering, screening, and routing phone calls.
Utilize the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system for patient check-in/check-out.
Verify patient demographics and insurance information.
Collect payments and process them accurately.
Notify providers of patient arrivals and delays.
Schedule appointments and remind patients of documentation requirements.
Maintain adequate stock of office supplies.
Adhere to HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards.
Communicate effectively and professionally with all parties.
