INSIGHT is seeking a Floating Medical Assistant to provide clinical and administrative support across multiple Metro-Detroit clinics. This role covers staffing gaps, assists healthcare providers, and ensures smooth daily operations across departments.

The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented, with strong English communication and the ability to work with diverse providers and workflows. Travel to Warren, Novi, Trenton, Dearborn, and Brighton is required.

Qualifications

• Eligibility to work for any employer in the U.S.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in healthcare preferred.
• Healthcare experience desired.
• CPR certification within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and record vital signs.
• Travel to multiple locations (Warren, Novi, Trenton, Dearborn, Brighton).
• Assist physicians with clinical procedures and exams.
• Handle patient complaints professionally.
• Manage authorizations for treatments and medications.
• Process medication refills and patient follow-ups.
