Job summary

Pembroke & Co. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support a franchise group across Southern Maine and New Hampshire. You will perform preventative maintenance, light repairs, and routine cleaning for multiple locations.

This Monday–Friday role includes occasional overtime and requires a clean driving record and dependable, on-call availability. Communication with owners and subcontractors is essential. Based in Biddeford, ME, you will help keep equipment, facilities, and grounds in good

Qualifications

• 1+ years of maintenance experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• On-call availability for emergency repairs (6am-6pm, infrequently).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on restaurant equipment and fixtures.
• Clean and deep-clean interior areas and exteriors.
• Paint interiors and minor repairs (tiles, carpentry, plumbing fixtures).
• Maintain grounds and assist with seasonal tasks.
• Coordinate updates with owners and subcontractors via phone/email.
