Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• EPA Certification and HVAC certifications required.
• Must have valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
• 5–10 years of facilities maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance across all properties.
• Handle work orders for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.
• Conduct regular property inspections and safety checks.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from the scheduler.
• Update work orders, notes and close requests via the online portal.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for additional troubleshooting.
• Maintain clean, professional common areas and building exteriors.
• Rotating on-call weekend/evening schedule for emergency response.
