Job summary

Northwest Real Estate Capital Corp. is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to oversee maintenance for Windwood Apartments in Jerome, ID and Kimberly Sunset Manor in Kimberly, ID.

You will handle grounds care, preventative maintenance, repairs, turnovers, and janitorial tasks across both locations. Responsibilities include completing work orders, painting and carpentry basics, and maintaining a hazard-free environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent plus technical training/experience in a building trade.
• 2+ years of skilled maintenance work required.
• Experience using work order systems (Yardi) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders promptly and accurately.
• Perform repairs including carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC basics.
• Maintain exterior grounds and common areas; assist with turnover and bed bug treatment as directed.
• Travel between Windwood Apartments in Jerome and Kimberly Sunset Manor in Kimberly as required.
• Assist with safety, records, and preventive maintenance tasks.
