Job summary

BAM Capital is seeking a Multisite Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance across properties in Camby, IN, ensuring high-quality HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general upkeep.

You will schedule preventative maintenance, coach your team, and drive cost-efficient operations while delivering a great living experience for residents.

The role includes a $1,500 sign-on bonus and rent discounts, with growth opportunities and a supportive BAMFAM culture.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in property maintenance (supervisory experience a plus)
• EPA Type 2 or Universal Certification
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead the Team: Oversee and train maintenance staff to perform high-quality work in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general property upkeep
• Maintain Standards: Ensure all systems and facilities meet BAM's brand standards and deliver a great living experience for residents
• Preventative Maintenance: Schedule and oversee regular inspections and repairs to prevent issues before they arise
• Team Development: Guide, coach, and help your team grow with training, feedback, and ongoing support
• Cost-Effective Operations: Manage budgets, purchase supplies, and keep maintenance operations efficient
