Job summary

PHD Services is seeking a Lawn Crew Worker to perform ground maintenance and landscaping at client sites, including mowing, trimming, edging, and debris removal. The role involves traveling between multiple client locations during a scheduled shift and working as part of a crew under a supervisor.

Responsibilities include operating equipment safely, maintaining neat grounds, performing seasonal tasks, and reporting hazards.

Qualifications

• Prior grounds maintenance or landscaping experience preferred but not required; training provided.
• Valid driver’s license may be required for certain crew or driving positions.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Operate mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing equipment safely and in accordance with manufacturer and company guidelines.
• Maintain lawns, beds, and grounds in a clean, professional, client-ready condition.
• Perform seasonal tasks such as leaf removal, snow/ice management, mulching, and irrigation checks as assigned.
• Identify and report safety hazards, equipment malfunctions, or property damage to the supervisor.
• Load, transport, and unload equipment and materials between sites as needed.
• Follow all client-specific rules, access procedures, and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate time records and complete required documentation (e.g., services logs, equipment checklists).
• Communicate professionally with crew members, supervisors, and client representatives.
