Pioneer Texas is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Janitorial Floater to fill in at multiple locations in College Station and Bryan, TX. This role emphasizes cleanliness, independent work, and consistent service across facilities.

The ideal candidate will work 20 hours per week (4 hours per day), with duties including cleaning offices and public areas, restroom sanitation, trash removal, and reporting maintenance needs to the property manager.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation to travel between locations.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 15-30 pounds.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent time management and prioritization of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting offices and public areas.
• Daily spot cleaning when directed.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms; restock paper supplies.
• Empty trash and replace liners; manage trash receptacles.
• Clean common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and break rooms.
• Wash windowsills, glass, interior doors, and partitions; include high dusting.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies; report maintenance needs.
• Patrol building perimeter and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Communicate maintenance or repair needs to the property manager.
• Lift and carry objects as needed (15-30 pounds).
• Coordinate with operations team to deliver best service to clients.
