Job summary

ServiceMaster Commercial Cleaning is seeking a part-time janitorial floater to support multiple locations. You will perform cleaning duties, train new staff, and assist management across accounts, with a focus on reliability and teamwork.

Ideal candidates are flexible, self-motivated, and able to adapt to fast-paced environments while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety. A valid driver's license and dependable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Availability for early evenings and 15-25 hours per week.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean record and reliable transportation.
• Ability to perform hard floor and carpet project work is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Fill in at various locations when extra help is needed and when personnel need time off
• Train new employees in cleaning methods at various accounts
• Provide support to our management team
• Assist with special projects and tasks
