Job summary

Ampersand Therapy in Marana, AZ is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a full-time, in-person role that travels between three high school sites, serving roughly 60–70 students with a focus on meaningful IEP goals.

You will provide therapy services in the school setting, collaborate with teachers and families, maintain documentation, and participate in IEP meetings. A Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, AZ SLP license, and Fingerprint Clearance Card are

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active Arizona SLP license.
• Active AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services in the school setting.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
