Responsibilities include PM tasks, basic electrical/plumbing work, and coordinating with vendors. A valid driver’s license and 3+ years of HVAC experience are required, with after-hours on-call rotation and strong safety practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years HVAC mechanical experience; basic electrical and plumbing knowledge.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Able to lift 50–100 pounds and climb ladders.
• Drug screen and background check required.
• Willingness to work after hours and coordinate with vendors.
• Self-starter, organized, able to work independently.

Responsabilités

• Competently handle routine tenant comfort calls.
• Perform PM functions with minimal supervision.
• Be conversant with building automation controls.
• Understand and operate building life safety systems.
• Perform routine repairs unsupervised; assist with minor electrical/plumbing tasks.
• Assist with vendor visits and service contractors.
• Monitor and record work in the CMMS; promote a safe work environment.
