**Schedule:** Full-time: Saturday - Tuesday; 9am - 6pm.

**Housekeeper Purpose:** Maintain efficient operation and upkeep of property buildings and grounds, supporting community needs.

**Responsibilities:** Include maintaining grounds, cleaning, restocking, reporting repairs, assisting with unit turnovers, and supporting team environment.

**Qualifications:** Prior custodial experience preferred, excellent customer service, detail-oriented, team player, possibly valid Driver's License.

**Physical Requirements:** Standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lbs, bending, reaching, with contact details for further info.
