Salary: $22-$23 per hour.

Schedule: Full-time: Saturday - Tuesday; 9am - 6pm.

Housekeeper Purpose: To maintain efficient operation and upkeep of property buildings and grounds, along with other responsibilities as designated by the Community Manager.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining grounds, common areas, and office cleanliness.
• Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping floors.
• Cleaning and stocking restrooms.
• Reporting repairs needed.
• Collecting and disposing of trash.
• Preparing units post-move-out and pre-move-in.
• Contributing to a positive team environment.
• Assisting maintenance as needed.

Qualifications:

• Preferred prior experience in housekeeping or custodial roles.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong team player with initiative.
• Driver's license may be required.
