BLOOMFIELD HOSPITALITY is seeking a Dual-Property Maintenance Technician for Bloomfield and Farmington locations. The technician will handle scheduled preventative maintenance and repairs, including HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical issues. Ideal candidates will have a CPO Certification and previous hotel maintenance experience. The role requires reliability, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently across both properties. Employee benefits include discounts and paid time off.

Qualifications

• CPO Certification required.
• Prior hotel or hospitality maintenance experience preferred (training available).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time between two locations.
• Dependable, flexible, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and timely repairs throughout both properties.
• Maintain and repair heating and cooling (HVAC) systems.
• Address plumbing and minor electrical issues.
• Repair walls, floors, carpets, and furniture.
• Respond to emergency maintenance issues; participate in on-call duties as required.
