Job summary

Kennebunkport Resort Collection is seeking a full-time, year-round Maintenance professional to support our downtown properties, including The Grand Hotel, Kennebunkport Inn, Rosella Sushi, and other venues. The role emphasizes guest-facing service, preventive maintenance, and prompt problem-solving to keep guest rooms and public areas running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 2+ Years maintenance leadership experience, hotel/lodging environment highly preferred.
• Well-rounded maintenance skills including painting, patching, buffing, HVAC, mechanical, and electrical troubleshooting for daily room maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest calls using the maintenance work order app and update task status.
• Speak with guests to update status of repairs in rooms and public areas.
• Perform light carpentry, drywall, painting, tile work, lighting, and general maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and guest services to ensure guest satisfaction of facilities.
