Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) seeks an experienced Chief Operating Officer / Healthcare Administrator to provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple healthcare locations throughout the Las Vegas Valley.

This role oversees daily operations, staffing, compliance, financial performance, provider operations, quality, and patient experience. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Healthcare Administration or related field and has extensive healthcare operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Management, or related field.
• Significant healthcare operations/administrative leadership experience.
• Multi-location or multi-department management experience.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.
• Proven leadership of managers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with budgeting, staffing, performance management, and process improvement.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with EHR and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations across multiple healthcare locations and departments.
• Oversee ambulatory surgery center and clinic operations.
• Manage staffing, HR, managers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Oversee provider operations, credentialing, and compliance.
• Manage budgets, financial performance, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, licensing, accreditation, and risk management.
• Drive quality improvement, performance metrics, and patient experience.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and operational processes.
