Job summary

G3 Enterprises is a diversified logistics and packaging leader with a strong presence across California. The company seeks a warehouse associate to load and unload freight, manage inventory, and operate WMS/SAP systems across several campuses.

You will contribute to efficiency and accuracy in daily inbound/outbound shipments. Under minimal supervision, you will handle palletized goods, maintain safety standards, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 2 years of material handling and forklift driving experience.
• Ability to obtain FLD certification within 30–60 days of employment.
• Lifts up to 50 pounds and works 8–12 hour shifts, including overtime.
• Basic PC knowledge and experience with palletized products.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight across multiple campuses as needed.
• Operate warehouse management systems for inbound/outbound transactions.
• Support inventory control through cycle counts and audits.
• Ensure safety standards, 5S, GMP and PPE compliance.
• Communicate across shifts to ensure proper handoffs.
• Review production schedules and flag discrepancies to management.
