Crunch Fitness is seeking a Fitness Service Technician to inspect, maintain, repair, and install gym equipment across multiple locations. You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues while keeping detailed service records and coordinating with facilities teams.

The role requires a hands-on approach, basic electrical/mechanical knowledge, and the ability to lift 50–75 lbs. Crunch provides ongoing training and certifications and supports a high-quality member experience.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical cert or associate's degree preferred.
• 1–3 years in mechanical repair or facilities maintenance in the fitness industry.
• Familiarity with major fitness equipment brands; certification may be required.
• Strong troubleshooting; able to read schematics and service manuals.
• Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Able to lift 50–75 lbs; work on knees or ladders as needed.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for multi-site coverage.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Crunch will provide additional training and certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect, maintain, repair, and install fitness equipment across sites.
• Respond to service requests and troubleshoot malfunctions promptly.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
• Keep detailed service records for calls and repairs.
• Ensure tools and parts are stocked and organized.
• Coordinate with facilities teams as needed.
• Assist with delivery and calibration of new equipment.
• Uphold safety and cleanliness in maintenance areas.
• Collaborate with staff to report issues and propose upgrades.
