Job summary

Centria Healthcare is seeking a Facilities and Property Manager to oversee our portfolio of centers, Life Skills Autism Academies, and corporate locations across Michigan and beyond. You will manage the full lifecycle of real estate assets, coordinate maintenance, and drive improvements in processes and procedures.

The role requires leadership experience, budgeting skills, and a proactive approach to maintaining a safe, compliant work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in ABA Therapy Services operations preferred.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience in facility-related matters.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of centers and offices, ensuring repairs and regulatory compliance.
• Negotiate service contracts, bid processes, and monitor contractor performance.
• Manage safety, systems, equipment, capital improvements, and preventive maintenance programs.
• Conduct quarterly inspections to uphold operational standards.
• Maintain landlord relations and coordinate with real estate stakeholders.
• Lead site staff, provide coaching, and drive continuous improvements.
