Job summary

RPM Development Group in Trenton, NJ is seeking an experienced porter to maintain the cleanliness of grounds, offices, exteriors and common areas across properties. You will remove trash daily, handle landscaping tasks, and assist with unit make-ready to meet company standards.

The ideal candidate can work independently, operate cleaning and snow removal equipment, communicate effectively, and must have a own vehicle and valid driver’s license to travel between properties.

Qualifications

• Maintain high level of cleanliness across assigned properties.
• Work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Operate industrial cleaning and snow removal equipment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license to travel between properties.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of grounds, amenities, offices, exteriors and common areas.
• Remove daily trash and recycling and transport to dumpsters.
• Maintain exterior landscaping and water flowers regularly.
• Assist with the unit make-ready program to company standards.
• Ensure readiness for Agency, State and REAC inspections at all times.
